Position Overview:

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills?

Are you motivated by the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams to successfully bring projects to completion?

If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our team as an Office Support Assistant.

We are currently seeking a well-rounded individual who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. The Office Support Assistant will work closely with our Director of Operations, and our Project Coordinating and Dispatching team.

The core responsibilities include project coordinating, managing account receivables, Liaise with stakeholders, and perform additional duties as needed to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the business.


This position offers a
fixed term contract of months to cover a
full-time, in-person position located in Coquitlam, near the renowned Hard Rock Casino.

You will enjoy a consistent work schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Core Responsibilities of the Role:


  • Monitor and track project progression, adeptly pivoting when unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • Ensure all projects are completed within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate information, supplies, and manpower required to execute projects seamlessly.
  • Provide clear project scopes, details, and logistics to Leads and field installers through comprehensive debriefings.
  • Review and record purchase orders to our inhouse system
  • Prepare and compile accurate documents for billing clients.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, leads, installers, and colleagues from other departments.
  • Invoice clients promptly and follow up to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Strong team player who thrives on supporting and assisting others.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, showcasing your ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, ensuring project success.
  • Keen attention to detail to deliver highquality outcomes.

Job Types:

Salary:
$46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
