    At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker that connects hundreds of millions of players from around the globe to some of the world's greatest games. The EAX team is guiding the strategy and implementation of important initiatives for EA's players to connect them to one another and to the games they love to play. These initiatives include: the EA app, EA Play, our cross-platform subscription, EA's gaming service on PC; and a host of other consumer experiences and ecommerce solutions related to connecting players across platforms and within our games.

    In your role as Sr Product Manager you will distil high-level strategic direction into actionable product initiatives. You'll be charged to define and guide strategic product initiative through expert-level problem statement and user story creation that you'll use to gain solution alignment with Design and Development counterparts, and gain funding to staff and execute. You will be a regular consumer of data to analyse performance of our live service products and features to identify live service opportunities to create richer player experiences leading to growth. You will partner across departments (Design, Engineering, QA, Project Management, Data Analytics) and internal customers within our studio and commercial teams to align and execute.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify problems and opportunities for solution definition and execution
    • You quickly understand user needs, and can rally your team to define holistic solutions in a systematic way
    • You have a passion for quality, and determine the best approach based on player feedback, data, the competitive landscape, and peer collaboration. You identify challenges and adjust as you go
    • You have experience leading product definition, prioritisation, and guiding the delivery of technically complex product initiatives either as an individual contributor or team leader/manager. .
    • You will collaborate with a very technical team and summarize the technical challenges and objectives for the team

    Qualifications:

    • Experience managing complex products and teams
    • Experience defining goals and metrics for products and be accountable for corresponding outcomes and growth in your area of focus
    • Strategic and analytical aptitude in business
    • Familiar with the gaming industry and current entertainment platforms
    • Experience leading a cross-disciplinary team
    • Experience partnering with internal or external customers and stakeholders
    • 5 Years of experience

    The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

    BASE SALARY RANGES
    • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): o $93,700 - $143,700 CAN Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
