Description
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter/Site Lead to work in the Mississauga - Toronto area with that region's site supervisor.
Must be able to work unsupervised, be proficient in service work and at times will assume a lead role on site in the supervisor's absence.
Requirements:
- 5 plus years construction experience in a residential setting
- Familiar with all types of construction practices from rough framing, window
- Window installation and trim carpentry.
- Understands the principles of teamwork, organization, safety and jobsite cleanliness
- Must have a reliable vehicle and clean drivers abstract
- Willing to travel to multiple jobsites across the GTA
- Able to read and understand drawings
- Able to correctly measure, calculate and make material take offs as needed
- Good knowledge of English
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
