Aon is looking for a Data Analyst for our implementation team within pension administration. The team collaborates with internal teams to implement and support solutions for clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data analyst looking to familiarize with pension administration OR an experienced pension administration colleague with proven data management abilities.

This is a hybrid role working both virtually and from our Montreal office.

What the day will look like:

The Data Analyst will be analyzing, documenting, mapping and loading data into Aon's proprietary Pension and Benefits Administration systems based on client requirements.

They will also be testing the data loading and debugging issues/defects before data is moved to production.


They will also be:

  • Converting legacy databases to a new system
  • Reviewing the project requirements to ensure completeness of requirements from a testing perspective
  • Recovering data tables and transforming them before loading
  • Documenting data integrity reports
  • Identifying and fixing database issues
  • Leading all aspects of daytoday work per priorities

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area
  • Excellent understanding of database structures (tables, temporary tables, storing procedures, user operations)
  • Pension work experience desired
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to interpret and understand requirements documentation
  • Is analytical, organized and a selfstarter
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Bilingualism (English and French), highly desired
