Position Overview

  • Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, the Remote National Account Coordinator will be assigned to Commercial Accounts/Programs and/or National Client Accounts under our Red Alert or other programs to assist the company field locations in maintaining brand integrity to achieve successful electronic job files per specific client standards and BELFOR requirements. The Coordinator acts as a liaison between internal team members, account managers, outside agencies, clients, third party administrators, and endcustomers. They will also use database reports and other system technology as part of their daily job responsibilities.

Job Duties- Provide excellent customer service Provide training to the BELFOR field offices via in person or virtual sessions.
Provide assistance for the BELFOR field offices on maintaining their electronic job files. Maintain updates on assigned accounts, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable assistance to branch locations Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information Assist with department goals and support Attend BELFOR sponsored operations and safety training courses as required Provide excellent customer service Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information Will practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment Comply with all

Qualifications- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteHigh School Diploma / GED Ability to successfully work and communicate with various BELFOR branch employees and operational staff Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable job timelines and follow up with internal and external contacts as needed. Strong written and oral communication skills; including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment. Self-motivated; ability to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to client requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions. Criminal Record Check Physical Demands Occasional lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 0-15% of the time) Sitting for extended periods of time Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.**_
