Responsibilities:

-
Craftsmanship: Demolition & framing, finish carpentry, drywall, patch, paint, tile work, fit and install window frames, doors, door hardware

Interior and exterior trim and more.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors, and fellow carpenters to bring concepts to life. Use construction software.

Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, finding creative solutions to unexpected issues that may arise during renovations.

Requirements:

-
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience with a focus on renovations.

Skillset: Proficient in a variety of carpentry techniques including residential framing and finishing.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with team members.
