Description
Comprendre l'architecture actuelle, définir l'architecture cible et identifier les écarts

  • Accompagner l'équipe d'implémentation à définir les solutions, technologiques et/ou procédurales, pour mitiger les écarts entre l'architecture actuelle et l'architecture cible
  • Documenter l'architecture cible et les interactions entre systèmes
  • Assurer l'alignement sur la mise en place des solutions techniques avec l'équipe d'intégration de système (SI)
  • Superviser et guider les équipes d'implantation l'intégration de données et solutionner les écarts (gaps)
Expérience pertinente

  • Intégration de solutions commerciales dans un écosystème applicatif existant (Legacy)
  • Gestion de fournisseurs/ équipes d'intégrations de système (SI)
  • Implantation de projets TI pour la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement
  • Implantation d'outils de Demand Planning & Forecasting
  • Expérience d'implantation de projets en collaboration avec des intégrateurs de système
