    We're looking for a multifaceted sales leader to handle a geographic region within our residential HVAC business segment, driving growth and championing our ground breaking Enbridge Sustain Dealer Program.

    This role will identify, enroll, and manage performance of HVAC and other Equipment Dealers in the Enbridge Sustain dealer partner program that provides a suite of consumer solutions including rental programs and other end-use technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about energy transition, has a proven track record in sales, and has experiences in the HVAC or related industry.

    What You Will Do:

    • Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales targets by optimally managing your portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's ambitious growth plans. Provide the Enbridge Sustain leadership team with market intelligence, trends, purchasing behaviour, etc. to assist in identifying areas of risk and work collaboratively to develop plans to mitigate them.
    • Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive annual sales strategies for your segment, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
    • Dealer Program Development: Spearhead the Enbridge Sustain Dealer Program, guiding HVAC dealers from contract initiation through to full-scale implementation, including training and product rollout.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with dealers to improve engagement with Enbridge Sustain's offerings, exploring opportunities to enrich the product line and dealer participation. Work closely with both internal partners and external clients to forge strong, professional relationships, facilitating mutual growth and sales enhancement.
    • Inbound Sales Strategy: Engage with inbound sales partner to improve training, lead quality, and overall efficiency of lead validation/execution process.
    • Brand Representation: Be the face of Enbridge Sustain at industry events, embodying our values and promoting our innovative product range. Support the marketing team in the development of MARCOM strategies and literature to promote Enbridge Sustain product offers.

    Who You Are:

    • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related.
    • 7+ years of experience in sales and vendor management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to encourage and empower a team towards achieving shared goals.
    • Valid drivers license.

    Working Conditions:

    • 40% in office, 60% field based
