Job Purpose
This role is responsible for providing project coordination support to HSO's Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
Assist with project planning, including creating action plans, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives
Assign tasks to team members and assist with schedule management
Ensure client needs are met and address any issues or concerns
Monitor project progress and handle any risks or delays
Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports
Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure project standards are met

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education in IT, Business or related field
13 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with and experience in using MS Office, MS Teams, MS Project and would be advantageous if has experience in DevOps
