Position Overview


Makerhouse is looking for a dynamic, versatile and experienced hands-on Intermediate Digital Producer (Contract) responsible for building positive relationships with clients and co-workers, specific to the Lincoln Team out of the U.S.

This role consists of managing the entire life cycle of the project through Makerhouse and its partners, internal, external and trafficking preparation.

You are the quarterback of the team, managing the best path for the project's best outcome.

To be successful in this role you must be organized, flexible, curious, innovative, and adaptable with the ability to multi-task.

You're an expert collaborator and problem solver who no matter the challenges, can assemble and rally the team.

You'll be the primary contact for Clients, Producers, DEV, Creatives and Account teams and will work closely with the EP, Artists and other Studio Producers.


This role is a full time, 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension for up to an additional 3 months or more.


Major Responsibilities

  • Briefing creative team on new digital projects needs
  • Working with project management and account on client requests, timelines and budgets
  • Accountable for daytoday ad trafficking of banner/video ads and 1x1 tags in Campaign Manager (CM)
  • Managing the inflow and outflow of asset packs from various stakeholders
  • Lead tagging (floodlights), camping/placement/URL strings naming standardization and campaign restructure for ease of the reporting
  • Own the optimal campaign setups to drive business objectives and troubleshoot serving issues
  • Develop SOPs to ensure all ad trafficking requests are organized, prioritized and executed in a timely manner (within 48 hrs)
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables to client by checking all assets adhere to brand guidelines, marketing/partner specifications and test creative for functionality.
  • Liaising with designers and developers to ensure consistency and quality across materials to meet with the requirements.
  • Direct rapport and best practice shares with inhouse creative developers to execute HTML5s and rich media units utilizing Studio (including expandable rich media, dynamic assets and video)
  • Work closely with display and paid social channel leads establishing timelines and requirements for proper and timely execution
  • Partner with analytics and measurement teams, aligning strategies to KPIs and tracking pixels

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong competency with managing and controlling project scope, schedule, budget and resource management
  • Able to develop status reports and work with project leaders to ensure all resources are accounted for
  • History of working collaboratively with internal and external resources
  • Excellent communication skills that include being able to clearly and concisely communicate the workflow to stakeholders less familiar with the space
  • Familiarity with ADA standards regarding digital compliance at the AA level

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3+ years in digital interactive production experience or AdOps with a track record of success managing CM, the Google ecosystem, and Jira
  • Experience with a focus onsite
- and third-party served OLA, social content and online video in an agency setting
