Accounts Payable Job overview

  • Post and pay invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Turn corporations over to a new fiscal year

Accounts Receivable Job overview

  • Process Payments monthly for unit owners
  • Create invoices
  • Bank deposits
  • Keeping on top of collections for unit owners

Banking

  • Updating Signing authority changes with the bank

  • Meticulous and thorough
  • Uses Initiative
  • Quick and eager learner
  • Team worker
  • Must be very organised
  • Reliable
  • Book keeping experience would be helpful
  • Enjoys working with numbers and analysing data
  • Positive and motivated attitude
  • Good time management and able to stick to a timeline

Salary:
From $19.00 per hour
