Accounts Receivable Job overview
- Process Payments monthly for unit owners
- Create invoices
- Bank deposits
- Keeping on top of collections for unit owners
Banking
- Updating Signing authority changes with the bank
What we need from someone
- Meticulous and thorough
- Uses Initiative
- Quick and eager learner
- Team worker
- Must be very organised
- Reliable
- Book keeping experience would be helpful
- Enjoys working with numbers and analysing data
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Good time management and able to stick to a timeline
Salary:
From $19.00 per hour
