What you will be doing:

Review merchandising plans to determine cosmetic and beauty order requirements.
Build and maintain Capitol Project folders and critical path information for all current and future projects.
Assist with invoice approvals and purchase order creation and tracking.
Coordinate and schedule all department and subdepartment meetings including creation and dispersion of agendas and subsequent minutes.
Execute department payroll activities.
Conduct site visits when required.
Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd.

How you will succeed:

3+ years relevant industry experience
Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
Organized and detail oriented
