The Dumont Technical Institute a division of Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and Applied Research invites applications for the following position:
Part Time (.5) Instructor – Practical Nursing Program

Responsibilities:
Implementation and delivery of the Practical Nursing Program in Prince Albert, Sask. To provide practical, theoretical and clinical instruction as well as program support for adult students in the areas of Long Term and Acute Care Settings, Planning & Delivery of Nursing
Arts Skills Course and Instructional assistance with labs. Attend scheduled meetings and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse – Degree in Nursing. Eligible for registration (active status) with
the SRNA, have a current TLR Trainer Certificate. Excellent communication, interpersonal and
problem solving skills. 2 years of recent acute care experience would be an asset.
A knowledge of Métis culture, the ability to work with people from various equity groups and computer proficiency is required.
Remuneration:
$66,571 – $87,603
