El Corazon is looking for motivated & hard-working Night Manager to join our team. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
A Night Manager will have many day-to-day tasks to keep the establishment running smoothly.
Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

Hire and train staff:

Daily walkthroughs of building for R&M:
Manage and impact positive guest experiences:
Manage customer complaints:

Create schedules for staff:

Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times:
Monitor and impact the restaurant's sales:
Develop or contribute to marketing plans to promote the establishment
