- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Tasks:
- Assigning sales workers to their duties
- Recruiting and training or organizing staff training
- Approving return of merchandise
- Creating work schedules
- Generating reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and staff issues
- Handling issues that may occur, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Supervising and coordinating workers' activities
