As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in our restaurant's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

You will also assist with meal preparation, set up stations, clean work areas, and ensure compliance with food safety procedures.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment.

You should be familiar with basic cooking techniques, have knowledge of food safety regulations, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a diner / bistro setting would be an asset. Strong knowledge of breakfast menu items an asset. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are also essential.
