The client is seeking an electrical engineer to recalculate the electrical requirements for a small condo project. The project consists of ten 800-square-foot condominiums and a 300-square-foot retail space.The MEPs are complete, but the client requires fresh load calculations and wire sizing for distribution based on a standard electrical layout.
