Responsibilities

  • Lenovo certification required but can be done with us during the onboarding process.
  • Handson experience in installation and troubleshooting and fixing desktop, Printers, Laptop, and other computer peripherals hardware problem.
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Basic knowledge about enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform instruction based network activities at sites
  • Ability to coordinate with different internal support groups (Like Network, Messaging, Security and change management teams)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with global teams for issue escalation and problem resolution.
  • Provide customer support for designated equipment.
  • Professionally answer client questions.
  • Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client.
  • Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in established guidelines and policies.
  • Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies and guidelines.
  • Complete realtime reporting of all calls as documented in established policies and guidelines.
  • Follow various established policies, guidelines, and documents relating to the successful delivery of service for each client.
  • Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements.
  • Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Understand all Safety policies and guidelines and work within the guidelines of policies daily.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance

Sound knowledge of:

Advanced knowledge in Computer Hardware

Proficient knowledge of Printer Hardware

Proficient knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting networking, wireless and VPN features of end-user devices.

PC\Laptop peripherals, including printers.

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
