Job summary
The OTR Dealer Trainer role is responsible for facilitating and delivering training programs to new dealers, ensuring they understand Parkland's Standards and Norms. The position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, coaching new dealers, identifying knowledge gaps, and improving site-level execution.Responsibilities
- Deliver training to On The Run Dealers as per classroom training curriculum.
- Schedule follow-up calls with Dealers post opening / changeover.
- Adjust content throughout the year based on business changes / needs.
