About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, team orientated, and dedicated individual to work in Programs & Initiatives.
Reporting to the COR Specialist and working closely with the entire BCMSA team, you will have the opportunity to positively support occupational health and safety across British Columbia's local government sector.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Programs and Initiatives department which includes maintaining data and records systems, communicating with our membership, project activities to help enhance the COR program, and providing secondary support to the other programs.
The expected duration of this fulltime time stated role is 6 months but will be extended or reduced dependant on operational need.
Who You Are:
- You have completed courses in office administration and have soundrelated experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively and handle frequent interruptions and changing priorities in a highvolume environment.
- You have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- You are organized and have effective problem management skills.
- You are technologically savvy and love working in a fastpaced environment.
