    As a Member Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be part of a passionate, caring and dedicated team.

    The Group Benefits Operations Member New Business and Revisions team helps plan sponsors manage their employee benefits program. We provide exceptional customer service by updating member data, whether for changes affecting existing Customers or for the implementation of new business. The team works with customers in the National Groups segment and Sun Solutions.

    What will you do?

  • Process new business implementations or changes to standards of accuracy and timeliness of service
  • Respond to inquiries from Customers and internal partners
  • Evaluate and negotiate deadlines to meet Clients' expectations
  • Participate in various projects, as required
  • Share knowledge and technical expertise with peers, colleagues, and partners
  • Perform research necessary to resolve and investigate Customer issues
  • Work with Customer Service Representatives, Plan Specialists, Plan Implementation Project Managers and the Client Data Solutions team to efficiently and accurately process member data updates across all systems

  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide
