    Description

    We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Charlottetown, PEI team. We need someone with integrity, a passion for professional development, initiative, and a solid grasp of the responsibilities that come with being an executive assistant.



    Key duties:
    • Reminding the CEO and Presidents of important tasks and deadlines.
    • Conducting business support analysis and coordination while following company guidelines.
    • Planning corporate events, including fundraisers and staff appreciation activities.
    • Handling expense reports, invoices, and professional registrations.
    • Assisting in recruiting association members.
    • Creating and organizing correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of professionalism.
    • Reviewing, proofreading, and editing various documents and materials.
    • Managing client events, from venue selection to invitations and logistics.
    • Organizing and maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
    • Dealing with external calls and partnership requests.
    • Managing the schedules and events for the CEO and President.
    • Contributing to social media campaigns.
    • Handling incoming mail and correspondence for the senior executives.
    • Drafting memos, letters, and other written communications.
    • Preparing meeting agendas and documenting minutes.
    • Providing necessary information to the CEO and President for meetings.
    • Coordinating travel arrangements and processing travel claims.
    • Building and nurturing positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
    • Supporting business interactions with government entities, partners, and the private sector.
