    Description

    Main Duties

    Reporting to the Manager of Customer Relationship Management & Marketing Technology, this position will lead SIGA's marketing technology initiatives with a focus on integration, maintenance, and enhancement. The Marketing Cloud Technologist will serve as the subject matter expert for SIGA's Marketing Cloud Technology and will provide expertise in the development of automated solutions to support business needs.

    Responsibilities include : Leading SIGA's Marketing Cloud technology infrastructure and elevating the platform capabilities, security measures, and integration specifications. Providing technical understanding of the Marketing Cloud platform, including cross-product connectivity knowledge, data architecture (customer data model and customer 360 concepts). Initiate projects and collaborate with other business units while ensuring an agile and collective approach. Work with various business units and data warehouse users to apply established change management procedures. Analyzing user requirements and workflows to determine configuration/customization. Documenting functional requirements, design specifications, system configurations, customizations and interfaces. Ensuring system security control following Canadian Privacy Legislation, Segregation of Duty (SoD) confirmation and Sarbanes Oxley (SoX) direction. Maintaining and supporting Marketing Technology applications, EBS and provide training to users.

    Conditions of Employment

    • Successful candidates are subject to a background check as well are required to obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)/Indigenous Gaming Regulators (IGR).
    • The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
    • Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
    • Some SIGA locations operate in a high sensory environment. You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels, flashing and blinking lights, and a congested workplace. SIGA adheres to all occupational health and safety regulations and makes every effort to limit the adverse effects of these elements.

    • Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.
    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing major preferred), Computer Science, or other related field; an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
    • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant certification and Email Marketing Specialist certification is preferred.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years' related experience, which includes senior technical experience in Customer Relationship Management systems.
    • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
    • Experience computing behavioural attributes using consumer behaviour data such as campaign response, web analytics, or purchase transactions and using the attributes to segment audiences.
