Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused leasing & sales agent to join our growing team.

As a Sales and Leasing Agent at Harrington Housing, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential residents, showcasing our exceptional properties, and facilitating the leasing process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tenant advertising, showings, and documentation to maintain 0% vacancy.
  • Connect with customers for showing and viewing.
  • Post on Facebook marketplace or other platforms to participate in sales in different locations.
  • Conduct viewings for prospective residents, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our coliving spaces.
  • Facilitate new tenant moveins, ensuring a seamless transition and superior service.
  • Identify and implement revenueenhancing leasing and service opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, contributing to our B2B leasing success.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience is a plus for the position.
  • Experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Techsavvy with a proficiency in using leasing and CRM software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google office suites, with a strong grasp of social media advertising. Highly organized, detailoriented, selfdisciplined and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
