VP Talent Acquisition
This is a strategic role within our organization.

Based out of our office in downtown Toronto, this is an exciting opportunity to build and lead an industry leading talent acquisition function that identifies and attracts the best talent for our New Consultant Training Program and Experienced Hires at all levels from our industry.

As we continue our growth trajectory, the success of this function is critical in providing the human resources to reach our business goals and growth in accordance with our 5-year plan.

Responsible for the execution of the strategic vision of the Experienced Hire and New Consultant Training Programs.
Build a proactive and outbound, bestinclass, collaborative talent acquisition function that works closely with leadership and the business, allowing our Brands to scale and reach our business goals.
Development and delivery of the annual talent acquisition plan for net new and attrition headcount, in consultation with the business.
Ongoing continuous improvement of the programs
Overall growth and development of the program staff and the ongoing training and development of our internal resources
Execute senior level and high priority searches for experienced hires that align with Robertson's sales oriented/numbers driven culture.
