JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Installation Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of duties which include both the production side and installation side of the business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to company standards.
- Responsible for decal printing, decal removal, cutting, weeding, and bundling.
- Assist with large scale installations.
- Work independently on installation projects.
- Install graphics as required
- Track of materials and supplies.
- Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.
- Other related duties as required or assigned.
OTHER KEY SKILLS (or product knowledge):
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
EXPEREINCE:
2+ years' experience working in a marketing, advertising, production and installation or related field
EDUCATION:
Post-secondary Diploma in Graphic Design an asset
High School Diploma or GED required
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office/field setting. There may be a need to attend to situations on work sites.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some overtime and after hours' work may be required.
TRAVEL
Travel to various worksites and customer premises may be required.
