As an inbound call counsellor, you will help to deliver world-class service by responding to CAA Member calls for assistance.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Professionally respond to inbound member requests for emergency road service.
  • Accurately record details regarding member's location & circumstances into a windowsbased database.
  • Handle large volume of calls in a positive manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge of resources related to CAA Saskatchewan products and services, emergency response services (ERS) and systems.
Experience & Requirements
Professional telephone communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask by navigating through several screens while at the same time speaking with the member.
  • Ability to probe and ensure understanding of information provided.
  • A commonsense approach to decisionmaking and analyzing situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure while displaying good judgment and composure.
  • Basic computer skills

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Regina, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
