The Opportunity:
In today's fast-paced world, technology has become the key to the to a successfully run IT department and a productive end user.
In the IT End User Services team, the Lead End User Service Analyst will act as a leader within the IT Corporate Technology team and are responsible for technology evaluation/implementations, process/documentation, collaboration technology Implementation, and projects related to the patching, security, and auditing of a global fleet of endpoints.
The role requires someone is up to date on latest technology trends and displays knowledge in this IT space.You Are Great At:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Run projects as relates to End User facing technology
- Key resource in auditing endpoint impact within internal hardware or software deployments
- Lead M&A Integration activities as it relates to end user technology
- Contribute and assist with hardware asset management
- Contribute to the rollout of collaboration and meeting technologies
- Benchmark current hardware and software technology to industry standards
- Management and continuous improvement of end user devices
What It Takes:
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, MacOS, and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Working knowledge of meeting room technology
- AV, Video Conferencing (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco RoomKit)
- Well versed in collaboration and ability to have discussions with business partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and run multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
Work Environment:
- Standard 40hour work week with regular business hours
- Afterhours work may be necessary due to schedules, deadlines and/or reliability issues
- Minimal travel may be required
