Product Delivery Specialist at Audi Richmond

What You'll Be Doing:

Completing all New and Used car deliveries with finesse.
Becoming a maestro in all things Audi consider yourself the goto expert
Setting up in control for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Guiding clients with an introduction and a dealership walkaround at delivery, covering Parts and Service.
Inspecting vehicles meticulously before delivery no watermarks, footprints, or dirty windows allowed
Championing followups for reviews, surveys, and CSIs, aiming for those coveted 10/10s.
Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they're juiced up and ready to shine.
Making home deliveries and providing tech support to service customers.
Assisting the lot staff by lending a hand in moving cars when needed.
Handling plate registrations and maintaining the organized flow of Demo vehicles.

What It Takes:

Enthusiasm for automobiles and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Detailoriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of vehicle delivery.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
