Responsibilities:
- Order Processing
- Processing new and ongoing orders and completing associated administrative tasks
- Order Management
- Coordinating and communicating with production teams to ensure order accuracy and timely completion
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Carry out other administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Handle multiple projects as assigned and track service work orders from start to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good number sense
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and problem solve as required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
