Looking for an

Administrative Assistant reporting to the

President and the General Manager in a Construction Company, who is highly organized and can contribute to the smooth operations of the Administration Department.

Our offices are located in North York, and the position is full time, in person.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to senior administration staff dealing with operations, finance, insurance, legal and claim documentation, human resource requirements along with general office management objectives
General administrative duties include:
Coordinating with various departments to monitor various programs to assist with company management and its processes
Monitor, follow up and ensure the progress and completion of tasks delegated to junior staff by management
Reception, filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc., scheduling meetings and reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Exceptional communication skills including in writing and reporting

Minimum
2 years of Business Experience as an Administrator at a Construction Company or within the Construction Industry is a MUST
Achieved education at a
Canadian based College or University in a relevant program
Basic
accounting knowledge:
Minimum
60 wpm typing speed with excellent accuracy is an absolute requirement
Highly organized in task prioritization and detailed management of data and documentation
Proactive attitude in problemsolving especially in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple executives.

Renumeration:

- $24-25/hour, negotiabel based on experience

Discretionary performancebased bonuses
