Position Description:

The Paint Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and cleaning
of the manual, auto and assembly paint line systems to ensure efficient operation of the
equipment.

Operate the paint line and finish units on the Minipad transformer production line.
Performs general maintenance of equipment as required.
Conducts daily cleaning of each line according to preventative maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoots equipment concerns and reports concerns to the OEE department for

resolution.

Logs preventative maintenance conducted.
Carries out other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Communication skills
The Paint Maintenance Technician is responsible for

communicating equipment repairs, documenting and tracking of preventative
maintenance activities.

Time management
The Paint Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing

their time effectively to ensure preventative maintenance is maintained.

Problemsolving skills
As the Paint Maintenance Technician works independently, they

must be solution driven so that they can troubleshoot and correct issues on the line.

Documenting/Recording Information — The Materials Control Coordinator will be

required to maintain clear and accurate record. They manage various pieces of
information and are responsible for entering, recording, or maintaining information.

Handling and Moving Objects — The Paint Maintenance Technician must have the ability

to operate equipment as required.

High Attention to detail
The need for precision work is high. The Paint Maintenance

Technician must ensure that preventative maintenance is conducted in accordance with
the schedule.

Shift Schedule:

Regular hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm (overtime is scheduled on Fridays)
Shift change requirements may be necessary, depending on the needs of the business.
