Shiva Exports Limited is looking for a detailed oriented professional with the following skills and personality attributes to join our team as an Inventory Analyst:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain data in the inventory management system
  • Using problem solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies between purchase invoices and inventory received
  • Maintain and update the internal inventory system for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Create monthly reports, regularly audit inventory, follow up on missing information or discrepancies, while also communicating delays, quality issues, and repair efforts to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Collaborate with warehouse team to give recommendations on cost to repair machines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate recommendations to management
  • Resolve Issues, design and run queries, reports, and analytics
  • Other tasks as assigned

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
