Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Receiver to accept and process deliveries. The Receiver's responsibilities include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly, and processing returns.


To be successful as a Warehouse Receiver you should be able to inspect deliveries with great attention to detail and be in good physical condition to lift and move heavy items.

Ultimately, a top Warehouse Receiver should be able to ensure efficient receiving processes and promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies.


  • Responsibilities:_
  • Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists
  • Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against Bills of lading
  • Transfer incoming deliveries to receiving staging area
  • Receiving and signing for deliveries
  • Assemble and palletize crates and their contents for interbranch transfers.
  • Operation of forklift and pallet jacks
  • Assist Shipping and dispatch office as required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:_
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
  • Physical agility as heavy lifting is required
  • Computer skills, knowledge of data entry, and inventory software programs
  • Team player and be willing to cross train among other departments
  • Organizational and time management skills
