Description

Provide excellent customer service

Listen to customers' complaints and ask questions in order to determine complete description of appliance failure

Conduct mechanical and electrical checks and identify source of break down

Explain repairs required and give quotes as necessary to the customer

Perform repairs needed, make adjustments or replace necessary parts upon customer approval

Perform refrigeration system repairs if applicable or as needed

Properly document all details pertaining to the repair i.e. record model and serial numbers, purchase dates, parts installed, details of service performed etc.

Provide service explanation to the customer and answer any questions related to the repair

Respect and protect customers' property

Collect payments and keep truck stocked

Notify supervisors of company service truck needing repairs or maintenance

Possibly train newly hired technicians

Salary:
From $22.00 per hour
