    Job Title: Director, Business Development

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to lead senior level B2B sales and drive increased revenue by recruiting and inspiring a team of Marketing Consultants. The successful candidate will stay at the forefront of the rapidly changing marketing industry, building new sales opportunities, and reporting directly to the Vice President, Business Development for the region.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of Marketing Consultants to achieve business objectives.
    • Communicate with Marketing Consultants regularly to motivate and assist with strategy and providing insights.
    • Visit customers with Marketing Consultants as required to build relationships and identify opportunities.
    • Generate new contacts through web research, prospecting, and email tactics with a hunter mentality to seek new business.
    • Identify opportunities within our CRM system and utilize customer relations management and business development tactics to drive growth.
    • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional interpersonal skills and oral and written communication.
    • Maintain strong organizational and project management skills to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective, manage priorities to follow through on multiple projects, and utilize MS Office effectively.

    Requirements:
    • A proven track record of generating own sales.
    • Experience in recruitment and motivating a sales team.
    • Marketing knowledge and a professional local network.
    • Great interpersonal skills, tenacity, and a strategic outlook on solutions.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
