JANA's Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in managing, empowering, and supporting the delivery teams that are responsible to implement JANA's technical solutions.

A single-threaded leader, JANA's Delivery Manager is responsible for supporting the team and managing the day-to-day activities of the team by executing policies and processes.

JANA's Delivery Manager ensures the consistent growth of the team members, monitors activities, reports on task execution, and collaborates with Project Managers on resource allocations.

The Delivery Manager reinforces JANA's culture and leads for efficiency and creativity.

The Delivery Manager collaborates with the Program Managers, the Principal Engineers, and the Director of Training & Development to ensure tasks are executed with high quality.


Reporting to the VP of Delivery, the Delivery Manager owns the technical performance, installation of technological solutions and JANA's products, and the development of their people.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels for all projects and recommends staffing and budget changes in relation to the business growth plan
  • With a specific focus on delivery, hires, monitors, and develops all resources in advance of planned business growth
  • Oversees individual performance goals and ensures appropriate assessments of delivery versus the stated goals, general performance, alignment with the JANA Values and Way, and development
  • Conducts monthly 11s and quarterly and yearend reviews for direct reports, including fostering an environment of constructive feedback
  • Manages and grows a strong team by fostering daytoday working relationships with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful client outcomes
  • Creates and maintains a culture of exceptional client care, team synergy, learning, and growth
  • Leads by example and inspires the JANA team in a positive, highperformance way, demonstrating a passion for our Culture, our People, and our Mission
  • Oversees the development and deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure highquality risk results output and troubleshooting efforts
  • Establishes objectives, and key results with the team members, and actively manages any areas of nonperformance
  • Proactively identifies and resolves resource conflicts with the Project and Program managers
  • Communicates and provides progress and status weekly reports
  • Provides technical problemsolving and guidance to the direct reports
  • Maintains effective communication channels for the delivery department to support and enhance a cooperative and mutually supportive interaction
Required Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, preferably in Engineering
  • 12 years of hands on people management experience
  • A risk integrity management background is an asset.
  • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
  • Ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority
  • Able to travel in the US and Canada up to 20% of the time
