Bayshore is looking for a passionate and caring Manager of Clinical Practice, RN or RPN to join our amazing team.

Education
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing at the
RN or RPN level. Prefence given to those who hold a BN or BScN degree
Current registration with the provincial regulating body.
Current CPR certification required.
Experience
At least three (3) years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor, preferably in a community setting.
Other Requirements
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format; ability to work independently and effectively lead a team.
Valid driver's license,, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to clients as well as program development, implementation and evaluation.
Dependent upon Provincial government regulations, and the position being applied for, new hires may be required to provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu etc.
