_Duties:
_

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
• Booking appointments
• Creating and maintaining patient files
• Taking client photos and witnessing signatures for client consents to treatments
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Maintaining correspondence
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Requirements:_
• Customer oriented, ability to communicate well, honest & trustworthy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficient in computerized systems, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrates initiative, works well with little supervision
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Must be comfortable with encouraging client social media and has enthusiasm to learn and grow in this environment
• Wage can vary depending on experience.
