_Duties:
_
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Booking appointments
- Creating and maintaining patient files
- Taking client photos and witnessing signatures for client consents to treatments
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintaining correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Requirements:_
- Customer oriented, ability to communicate well, honest & trustworthy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in computerized systems, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrates initiative, works well with little supervision
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Must be comfortable with encouraging client social media and has enthusiasm to learn and grow in this environment
- Wage can vary depending on experience.
