General Description
Works as the Lead, performing mitigation duties as per the work order provided by the Project Manager. The services provided include water mitigation, mold/asbestos abatement, cleaning, and demolition.


Job Requirements

  • Experienced in providing customer service.
  • Must have high level of understanding and following work health safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details.
  • Must be able to lift to 75lbs frequently
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and overtime if required
  • Prior restoration experience is required
  • Confident in being a leader and trainer
  • Holding IICRC Certifications is preferred

Job Details

  • Highlevel performance of water mitigation, water extraction, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the oncall schedule.
  • Assist in warehousing and facilityrelated tasks when necessary
  • Lead and train other team members
  • Be able to follow Work Orders
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with property owners and project managers
  • Address any job site concerns to the project manager immediately
  • Ensure all job site documentation is submitted on time
  • Accurately clock in/out on the mobile timesheet system
  • Always act professionally on job site
  • Move affected contents when required
