About the role:

We are looking for a talented Product Delivery Manager to help fast-forward our mission-critical risk management solutions into a Cloud-based SaaS and Managed Services model. This role is technically very broad and requires the flexibility to react to a very fast-changing environment.

What you will be doing

• Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
• Analyze, understand and improve our overall solution together with the product development teams to lower hardware requirements, increase security, performance, elasticity and more.
• Automate recurring processes (e.g. client on-/offboarding, releases, patches, upgrades, ...)
• Suggest and evaluate new ideas/technologies that improve our Cloud readiness, cost-efficiency, DevOps, or maintenance aspects (e.g. build & deployment, monitoring & alerting, ...)

What you will need

• A keen interest in Cloud architectures, technologies, and trends
• Experience in DevOps concepts and technologies (Terraform, Harness, Ansible)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to interact with our global teams (Zurich, Belgrade, Boston, Toronto, London)
• Entrepreneurial, delivery-focused, can-do mindset

Added bonus if you have

• Experience with operations/monitoring tools
• Familiarity with financial instruments and calculations
