WHAT YOU WILL DO

This position is responsible for financial forecast and analysis, budget planning, financial modelling & simulation, and scenario analysis with managing senior analyst to support senior leaders with variety types of financial decision making.

You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting vehicle profit variance compared to budget and previous years.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Lead / manage Budget planning and Report BP P&L and variance analysis to the top management with visualized reporting file
Lead Mid / Longterm planning (MTP) and manage database for P&L projection with analysis result report to the top management
Manage monthly rolling financial P&L forecast, annual forecast and set up operating plan
Support monthend closing and P&L closing reportS
Support meeting with HQ on profitability such as MCM, OCM or PLM
Analyze, monitor and review full P&L for each vehicle at both modellevel and trimlevel, and recommend strategic planning to the relevant department
Develop comprehensive financial modelling and analysis related to incentive and vehicle profitability (i.e., FOB, Dealer Net, Gross Margin, MSRP, Incentive to Marginal Profit)
Manage and support staffs to stabilize Nonvehicle profitability that can analyze and support P&Lrelated jobs related to Extended warranty (incentives analysis, etc)
Support price structures of new vehicles and existing vehicles' model year change to ensure profitability compared to BP/PY/CY
Support APA related tasks
Credit forecasting, Margin Calculation, Communication with consultants, etc.
Manage Factory Margin to provide consolidated P&L by vehicle models
Review, track and evaluate cost items in COGS with focus on logistic costs
Find Corporate KPI items and manage KPI regularly
Assist top management with quarterly reviews and yearend audit
Adhoc analysis & reporting as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Completion of a postsecondary program, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce or Accounting
7+ years of relevant experience in same or similar function with automotive experience being desirable.
CPA designation or working towards a CPA designation or MBA would be a strong asset
Experience in P&L forecast and analysis
Proficient in MS Office especially with advanced Excel / data base skills and Powerpoint
SAP experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem solving, organization skills with ability of working under pressure
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management with ability to adapt accordingly to changing priorities
Bilingual in English and Korean (verbally and written) is a strong asset
