About the Role*The Marketing Coordinator - Parental Leave will assist in marketing efforts across our programs in the U.S., Canada, Finland, Sweden, and the UK.

This role is a five (5) month contract with the potential for extension, supporting the sales and marketing team by executing impactful campaigns across major channels to increase top-of-funnel activities and revenue.

Responsibilities*- Implement marketing campaign plans that include: social media, website, and newsletter content

  • Support the Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives and events for a global brand
  • Coordinating logistics for tradeshows, including booths, graphic assets and marketing collateral (eg. brochures, product material, sales scripts)
  • Create brand advertising campaigns, and support sales teams by coordinating and collating content
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (agencies, internal teams, partners, etc.) involved in project execution, press management, and reporting
  • Create, maintain, and strengthen the organizations' overall brand through available media platforms
  • Organize and maintain meeting notes, documents, and calendars related to project management
  • Ensure timelines are respected, and deadlines are met
Qualifications*- 2+ years in a similar marketing role OR relevant experience

  • Proven success in coordinating the delivery of marketing and leadgeneration campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of WordPress
  • Strong proficiency in social media content creation and tracking
  • Professional written communication excelling in copywriting, proofreading, and editing
  • Solutionsoriented and a selfstarter
  • Excellent organizational skills
