We are seeking a skilled Clerk Typist to join our Education Management team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of information and accurate documentation within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and formatting various documents and reports with precision and speed
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence with attention to detail
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files in a secure and accessible manner
- Assisting with data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Providing exceptional clerical support to staff and management as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proficient typing skills with excellent accuracy and speed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in MS Office applications
