Hi,
I am building a voice agent inside Go High Level (GHL) for dental practices and I am looking for a reliable developer to help integrate the system with multiple clients' external CRMs via API.
I am looking for a long-term technical partner as we onboard more practices.
The voice agent prompts are already built and it can handle calls.
Your role is to create and connect the workflows and data to the client's CRM systems properly and reliably.
- CRM API Integration (Core Task)
Connect GHL to external client CRMs using API or middleware (Make, Zapier, n8n, or direct API — open to your recommendation).
Key requirements:
Search contact/patient by phone number
Create new contact if not found
Update contact details if existing
Prevent duplicate records
- Appointment Workflow Integration
The system must be able to:
Book appointments (Several types e.g consultation, teeth whitening etc.)
Cancel appointments
Reschedule appointments
Update appointment details
All bookings must be created inside the client's CRM calendar with full notes.
- Call Notes & Data Sync
Caller name
Phone number
Reason for call
Urgency level
Call summary
Outcome (Booked / Callback / Enquiry)
- GHL Workflow Configuration
You will also:
Build and optimise GHL workflows
Set up webhooks/API calls
Handle success/failure logic
Ensure clean data mapping
Create reusable workflow structure for scaling across multiple clients
- Technical Requirements (Important)
Go High Level (GHL) workflows & webhooks
CRM API integrations
Automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)
REST APIs & webhook architecture
Calendar/booking integrations
Experience with voice agents or conversational systems
Bonus (not required but ideal):
Experience with healthcare/dental CRMs
How This Will Work (Long Term)
I will be onboarding multiple dental practices.
Each practice may use a different CRM, so I need a developer who can:
Adapt integrations per client
Maintain and improve workflows over time
Act as a long-term technical partner
This is NOT just a single quick gig.
Deliverables
Fully working CRM integration (tested)
Appointment booking/cancel/reschedule workflows
Contact creation + update logic
Call notes syncing into CRM
Clean documentation of setup
At least 15–20 test scenarios completed
