Job Description:


WHAT'S THE JOB?

Select duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of annual Total Rewards processes, such as survey completion, market analysis, merit, shortterm and longterm incentive pay cycles, including planning, execution, change management, communication, and training.
  • Collaborating with the Director, Total Rewards and HR Services Centre team to administer compensation and benefits programs, identifying and driving enhancements and efficiencies in systems and processes.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support the development of Total Rewards programs and policies including base pay, incentive pay, benefits, vacation, job architecture, and job evaluation.
  • Prepare Total Rewards and Human Resources financial modeling and forecasts for annual budgeting and yearend cycles, as well as program changes or modifications with costbenefit implications.

Qualifications:


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • College or university education in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR) designation is an asset.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.
  • Previous proven experience maintaining Total Rewards Programs.
  • Experience in a large, multifaceted public organization is considered an asset.
  • Advanced to expert level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook skills.
  • Experience with systems implementation projects is an asset.
