Job Details

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key business metrics by creating and maintaining robust scorecards and dashboards in support of the Shared Services team.
  • Act as conduit, coordinator/facilitator bringing in appropriate partners and expertise on operational reporting and scorecard raw data gathering
  • Analysis of data utilizing coding, identify root or systemic causes of cross functional operational issues, interpret findings and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities based on reporting analysis and trends and act as the liaison to Data Analytics and Shared Services Business Transformation teams.
  • Encourage adoption of best practices to enhance the productivity and operational effectiveness of the business while supporting an effective control environment.
  • Work directly with the business and Data Analytics teams to understand reporting requirements and opportunities for automation.
  • Identify reporting or data integrity issues, complete gap assessments and implement solutions that will drive efficiency.
  • Maintain a focus on efficiency and accuracy to ensure all required timelines and commitments are met.
  • As a member of the Shared Services Resource Team, support compliance, governance and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure proactive sharing of information within and between teams and support ad hoc activities in support of the Resource Team.
  • Model behaviours consistent with TD's Shared Commitments

Job Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of software programs including but not limited to Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in VBA Coding
  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • Python, SQL, and JavaScript Coding an asset
  • Selfstarter and able to work under mínimal supervision in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent time management and high attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple competing priorities
