Description

Rosedale Transport in Delta is hiring for a customer Care Position.

Work Week:
Monday to Friday, start time to be discussed

Rate of Pay:
$23.25 to start - $23.75 after 3 months - $24.25 after one year

Description:

Create paperwork and send to billing to be processed.
Follow up on special instructions for shipments, handle manual billing for special accounts.
Communication with other Terminals as required.
Assist with OS&D's and coordinate warehouse returns and salvage. Record notes in the system.
Handle difficult calls in a professional manner.
Complete clerical duties as required.
Other duties as assigned
