Position Summary:


You will be responsible for coordinating and managing activities on clients' accounts that have been assigned on an individual basis or as part of a team and ensure that we deliver products and services that meet our clients' expectations.

The Client Services Specialist has the responsibility to understand Client requirements and provide advice on how to best meet those requirements from a manufacturing perspective.

The Client Services Specialist will have a good understanding of production processes related to Digital Print, Large Format Print, Offset, Kitting, Fulfillment, Bindery and Inventory Management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing requests directly from Clients or a Sales Associate
  • Understanding and interpreting Client requests and translating those requests into instructions and production specifications to be fulfilled to achieve the Clients' desired results
  • Advise and recommend the best manufacturing processes to meet Client's expectations including but not limited to size, quantity, paper, finishing and delivery method
  • Timely response to pricing inquiries, item set ups, contract pricing, and all other administrative tasks that may be required
  • Manage scheduling and planning, ordering of materials for projects if necessary and following scheduled jobs through to production
  • Managing Client Inventory levels through historical analysis and making informed recommendations
  • Gathering data as required for the development of partner business reviews (PBR's)
  • Creating external purchase orders as may be required to procure products from Tier 2 Partners
  • Managing complex work back schedules, and project plans
  • Effective communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Order Entry as defined by manufacturing facility
  • Full understanding of Client contract terms and conditions, SOW's and SLA's as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Excellent interpretation and communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and/or project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
  • Process oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of print production and/or understanding of digital printing, large format printing, offset printing and related processes would be an asset.
  • Postsecondary degree and/or other related experience
  • Bilingual (ability to communication in both English and French) would be an asset.
