    Trust Administrator

    We are looking for a someone to provide administrative support to ensure a professional service is delivered by the Trust team.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing payments, foreign exchanges, and inter-company and trust transfers.
  • Responding to client queries and correspondence.
  • Ensuring time is recorded and assisting in collection of fees.
  • Ensuring filing and profiling of documents is completed in a timely manner.
  • Accurately constructing written communications and preparing statutory documentation, as applicable to the administration of Trusts and Companies.
  • Prioritising and managing your workload, consulting and escalating issues and exceptions to senior team members.
  • Gaining a basic understanding of trust and company regulatory requirements.
  • Taking responsibility for self-development, working on agreed training requirements and performance goals to ensure ongoing development.
  • Your qualifications and skills include:

  • The ability to us MS Word, Excel and Outlook
